I had a horrible experience with this car dealership. My Granddaughter and her 6 yr. old little girl, just used all her savings, that she had saved up for a descent , safe, car and paid 5,000. with taxes, etc. on a 2012 Chevrolet Aqunox. Thc car has an excessive amount of rust underneath it.--totaling 1,600 to be treated.... We called Chris and Chad Redford, several times, and they keep ignoring us... Automax… specifically, Shawn, Lionel, and now Omar sold my wife a beautiful 2016 Subaru WRX STI. Being way up here close to Nashville, we text back and forth and asked about the car. We were told the car is in great shape (other than some noted cosmetic issues) and that it had been fully inspected by their service people. The car shipped and arrived at our driveway on Feb 7.
