I have had a good experience using both their water softener as well as reverse osmosis water purification system.
We had a great experience using Automatic Water Conditioning Co. in Bernardsville and will continue using their custom home delivery service to replenish our salt supply. They are very efficient, on-time with their delivery schedule, and extremely customer service focused! 5 Stars for this team!
I had one of their water softening and reverse osmosis systems put in about 3-4 years ago. I would recommend getting both put in together. The salt system has improved our pipe/dishwasher system, and I would argue the reverse osmosis water tastes as good as any spring water. Yearly service has been good, very quick and will come same-week of call typically. Overall, we've had a very good experience and product.
Very quick to come to our house and fix our water well issues... also provided future service plan and educated us on how to be proactive and keep our water at a high quality.
We bought our water softener and reverse osmosis water purification system from this company and have no complaints. We also buy our salt from them and if you buy 14 bags it's free shipping. I recommend this company.
