Dealing with Auto-matic Repair was nothing but a great experience. I had to perform and apply coating material as part of my job scope of work at a Laguardia Airport job. It was a new scope of work that I never dealt with before. Peter and his team at Automatic provided me with not only the right equipment but also the tips and service to get me through the work and job completed. It is not often, that I find such a professionally run business of this caliber. They are like shops used to be back in the day. First, and perhaps, most importantly, they are honest!! What a pleasure it is to deal with a place like this. Did I mention that they can repair most any hydraulic tool? The owner quickly helped me find the part for my sewer jet pump that I had a difficult time looking up online.
Very professional. He stopped what he was doing to help me out. He looked at my problem and fixed it right there. It only took him 5 minutes to fix it. He said have a wonderful day. Most places would have taken the machine, made me wait the day, and charged me, all for the same 5-minute solution. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
