Automatic Remote Access were fantastic in every aspect of customer service. From Jenny answering the phone to the installer coming out to service my current automatic garage door and installing the new one, nothing was too hard. They were able to fit me in on the day I needed and nothing was a hassle. Absolutely brilliant from the first phone call to the last.
I recently had a new motor and remote installed for my garage door, from the company ARA Garage, and I found the two installation technicians, that were on my site to be very professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend ARA to anyone thinking of a new motor and remote installed for their garage. Through this process I was also able to speak directly to one of the technicians, before I engaged the work which I found invaluable. Top rating customer service company.
Would not recommend to anyone. Got them to replace a garage door and install a new one even had annual service (which they recommended) and countless times had issues with either motor, chain, tension, or even just the functionality of it Last month it broke down and got them to come have a look which they said "we arent covering it due to you not getting regular service" but they offered us a heavily discounted replacement and temporary fix (making sure it operational) that following week.
