They were very unprofessional and rude on the phone from the manager . He stated he didn't care about addressing what he was assigned to do from the American Homeshield Warranty Company ...and refused to return my calls for several weeks. I do not recommend using them at all. A no show and when I called they said there not going to show at all. It would of been nice for them to tell me that in the first place, so I wouldn't been freezing in my home for 2 more days.
Fast turn around during a busy season, was able to completely replace my furnace and AC quickly. The installer was friendly and went out of their way to cleanup the remnants of the previous install. Also didn't mind me pestering them with questions about the process.
