Everyone I dealt with here was friendly, but their communication is terrible. Had a tech come out to look at my unit. It's an older one, so he doesn't know if they'll have a part to fix it, but says they will call me that same day and let me know. No call. I call back in a few days, tell the office lady my story, she says she has to ask the tech about it, but will call me back. Again, no call. First time I've been ghosted by a business lol. Took my business to someone that actually wants it.
Thank-you Sue for your quick response to my call during the Christmas holiday. Dave was out a short time after and he and Bob explained I needed a new furnace. Although the furnace still was operating Bob and Dave explained it was time to replace it. That was New Years eve, they were at my house early the day after New Years to install the new furnace.
