An absolutely first class experience with Andrew McLean and his team. We had a knock down rebuild in Yarraville - brand new house and first time garage. Our amazing builder (BCT) used Andrew and his company. A small issue arose just after we moved in and I called their office and within the hour Andrew had called back with a solution and then we organised for him to come back - and within 35minutes the issue was fixed - perfect! Don't waste your time and money on this company. The worst service ever. No respond or answer to any of our calls. Their execuse is that they are behind and can't find anyone to employee to take on some of their jobs or load.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I emailed Andrew( the owner) early september to say that I was going ahead. As he was going on holidays we booked in for the 3rd October. He never turned up on site. I called him no answer, emailed to finally get a response saying that they were not taking on any more orders as they took on a big job. Do not use this company at all.. they are the worst to deal with. Spend 550$ to fix my garage.. the guy put the wrong springs. And the issue existe. Call the number .. lady was so rude over the phone. Instead of listing and sending someone to fix it. Keep saying there might be some other problem apart from springs.. Pathetic.. I just hanged up the phone . She did feel like call back and apologise.. Worst customer handing 😡😡
