WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!! Like most reviewers here, This company was sent to repair my AC per my home warranty AHS. ASHER showed up to my home and immediately told me he couldnt access my AC in the Attic. He was lazy and didnt want to climb in a hot attic. He insisted that i either needed to spend thousands on an engineer to remove beams from my roof or to cut a hole in my ceiling so he could access. I was stupid enough to believe this. (SEE PHOTO). We were under a home appliance contract and our A/C was not working correctly In April. They sent us Automatic Control AC Corp. They replaced a cap and all was ok until 3 months later, last week july 16th,3019. The technician came out and said same cap needed replacement, needless to say everytime they come out for a service call, it costs us $125.00 service call. They refused to come and properly fixed it after we paid for it twice. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! They were very rude when we told them it was not working correctly..... read more
Ryan and Carl have now serviced my condo twice for AC issues. They were assigned to me by my home warranty service and they were GREAT! They call you back, they are prompt, professional, know the AC business and honest. I would highly recommend them, and I know they won't disappoint you. They are nice hard working people.
This is one of the preferred contractors for American Home Shield (warranty) service. We had them out before and the guy that showed up was rude and completely unprofessional. All he did was complain the entire time he was there. We had another issue with our AC and the same company was assigned. When we tried to schedule the appointment with them, they flat out said they wouldn't come because it wasn't worth it to them.
