I had a really bad experience with this company. I was misled by the positive reviews, but I guess those can be bought too. They came out because my unit was not cooling. The technician told me there was a leak and that for $250 they would perform a leak search. I asked if they were sure there was a leak, and they said yes, so I agreed to the service. I'm extremely disappointed by Automatic Climate's communication and service. This was a bait and switch! The blower wheels on my mini-splits units have acquired quite a bit of debris, so I called Automatic Climate to request a quote on mini-splits cleaning for my indoor units.
