HORRIBLE! The buying experience seemed easy with low interest but they added over 500 dollars in costs on the final bill AND wrote up the contract for more money that what was listed on the car window. Car broke down 6 days laterand left me 8 months pregnant stranded on the side of the road. They said they would help but after taking it to their garage blamed the break down on us and refused. They also lied to us about where the car came from. Previous owners paperwork was in the glove box with all her personal information. ... read more

Recently purchased a vehicle at ACC on Wall Avenue in Ogden, Utah. Despite my poor credit history, I was treated with courtesy and respect. I traded a car I bought at another dealer on Wall Avenue, and ACC lowered my interest on my new vehicle by 16%! These guys are the REAL DEAL! No commission salespeople, great prices, No finance managers (deal with the same person throughout the process, NO PROBLEMS!
Bbought a van from them, I had mechanical problems with the van several times. They were good enough to have the van fixed at there cost, and ad it to my payment. After several times with problems, I had another problem I did not want to put any more money into it. They were good enough to let me pay the van at a reduced price and take the van back at the same time. and raising my credit score.Thanks ACC You are great
