Threatened to repossess the vehicle after the first phone call for one missed payment (the first ever missed payment) and the month wasn’t even over yet. On a vehicle that is 12 years old mind you. I have a 2021 car through enterprise and I’ve missed one or two on that car before and NEVER had a company treat their customers this way. It’s insane that people go to you bc your supposed to be a safe option to get help with a vehicle and you don’t even work with your customers
Had a great experience I have no complaints I got a 2015 Honda Fit ex.l haven't had a problem with it had it for 3 to 4 months and the only thing that's gave me a problem after 3 to 4 months owning it is a simple rotor that needs changed big whoop I'm still proud they help me with no other car lot was willing to help me with the money I had to put down which was 500 bucks and they didn't just put me in some junk looking vehicle they put me in a nice vehicle and what I love the most is that every time you walk in there they h... read more
The best experience I’ve had in a long time. I had 4 cars break down on me in the last 3 years that I bought at another car dealership. Im very happy that I chose to go here. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. If you need a car and have bad credit or no credit and you have money for a down payment.
