UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, DISHONEST. My heating system stopped working and Automated Mechanical was recommended by my landlord. I called and scheduled an appointment, but the day of the appointment they did not show up. TLDR: Charged us for hours they weren’t there, came in multiple times without ever fixing the issue, and I had to call them while waiting for an appointment to be told that they were not going to be coming for the appointment. We contracted them to fix the AC unit in our shop three times in the last month. The first two times they told us it only needed a filter change, which they did, and they suggested duct cleaning.
