Absolutely awful experience trying to reach a human. I've been in queue on hold 3 times now, each with a 20 minute wait time. I finally get to spot number 1 (every time) and when the operator goes to answer my call I am automatically disconnected. The third time I called back I got a recording saying they are closed in observance of Good Friday; it's Wednesday. I'm in line waiting again right now (4th time's the charm?). Worst customer service EVER! As much as I spend for insurance you would think the service would be much better. They never return calls mail in claims with personal info on them and they have no idea where they are or went.
