Great service. One spring broke on my garage door. Set up the work to be done with Charlie and he was courteous and helpful. The serviceman, Eric, came out the same day, replaced both springs perfectly, and all is good again. Definitely use them again for any service
I installed a car lift in my garage and they wanted to install the new door before the lift was installed. When the lift was installed I needed 2 more inches of head room, called and scheduled for them to come and see if there was a fix available. Scheduled appointments were postponed, and finally my calls were never returned. Nonexistent follow up service.
Great service
We've had nothing but the best experience with this company and Charlie, the owner. First can I say, their reply time is amazing. Charlie connected with me over the phone within hours of my initial call. He worked with us to find the best garage door that would match our home, going as far as dropping off a paint chip sample at our door step.
