I am a teacher at a high school where the heat and AC are run by this company. Without fail, every few months, the internal temp of the school will spiral out of control. We are currently having a situation where the heat is uncontrollably pumping into many of the classrooms, making the halls and classrooms unbearably hot and stifling. We called Automated Building Controls when our AC unit broke, the day before the hottest day of the year. They were so helpful on the phone, and were able to send someone out the same day to fix our unit. They were a pleasure to work with, were very professional, and got our AC working in a matter of a few hours.
