Mr. McBroom was my sales associate. He was fantastic! For a young man, he exceeded my expectations and was professional, courteous, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Bri Robertson was my document processor and was also very kind, respectful, informed, and professional. I had a preapproved loan draft when I arrived, so the sale only took around 45 minutes (including chit-chat). Didn't give 5-stars because of the 7 out of 10 detailing job. The guys in the service department are awesome. I'm a DIY kinda guy, I had a job I really couldn't handle and decided to give these guys a try. Every question I had was addressed professionally. I'm completely satisfied with the work, the service department and their customer service. It was an all around pleasant experience. This is the way it should be done!!!
