I was quoted $60 over the phone to fit a fuel filter, but when I arrived to pay, I was charged $180 — without any prior notice or approval. The total bill was around $900 after the service etc. I was never asked if I was okay with the price change. A simple heads-up would have been appreciated: “Hey, the price has changed to $180 — would you still like us to go ahead?” That would’ve made a big difference.
I Would never go anywhere else for my car service. Automark always goes above and beyond.

We took our car down to this garage this morning as we were having a few problems with it and the team were amazing. He drove the vehicle and hitched it up to show us and explain the possible problems with it. He also showed us what needs doing and how much it was going to cost. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a garage!
