Dear Automall Albion, Your current star rating of 2.8 needs to be updated to half a star, though my rating for my most recent service I will rate as 1 star because you did do something good which was changing of the car oils. Had my car serviced on the 18.03.24, with the receipt written “Battery - good” for my car to then die completely 11 days later and requiring a new battery where if you so called serviced and checked the battery it may have been picked up it required replacement? Last year I took my Outback for a service. I was advised that there was a leak from right hand cam box and was quoted $3500 fix. I took my car again for service this year without fixing the mentioned oil leak. This time I was recommended to repair other things with no mention of the cam box leak. I asked for an explanation of why such a major issue was not mentioned the second time. A month has passed but no explanation was given. I won't be going there again.
