Great deal done with Kurt, great eye candy place also.
I wish i remembered his name but the guy on the phone was super rude and offered zero sympathy (at least pretend you care right?) Car under warranty with a major fault that it can’t be driven and was told they wouldn’t even diagnose it until 20 days later because they are busy! Called Mitsubishi Brisbane and got the best service. They were accommodating and understanding of how frustrating being without a car and offered to diagnose the car next day and repair it the following day.
Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Black edition we took delivery if the at aspley Mitsubishi service is outstanding very friendly the car was beautifully presented excellent customer service
Wish I could give ZERO stars. What an absolute joke. On hold for half an hour at a time and then get hung up on like I was interrupting their day when I finally got through. Save your time and shop where you get treated like a person, not a problem!
