Not helpful at all I had an appointment at 12pm they had written in their diary that it was 11am. I got there no one approached me I felt very lost. I did get to test drive a car but it wasn’t the version I wanted but they claimed they drove the same. Afterwards there was no one available to speak to me Daniel wasn’t very helpful at all we ended up just leaving to go somewhere else.
Quite possibly the worst most incompetent dealership on planet earth. Would not recommend.
Have been loooking for a new car for a while now and went in today and met this beautiful lady Rebecca, she gave us a view of cars in our price range and had laugh together. My partner and I have decided on a car and will be back in to purchase.
I went in hoping to upgrade my older Hyundai to a family car, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor and the staff were quite rude. Hope someone tell the staff, many of the buyers of family SUV have kids so they will come with kids. Fortunately, there are other Hyundai dealerships so I have a choice. If there’s even a small chance you won’t be buying, I strongly recommend avoiding this showroom—they are not interested unless a sale is guaranteed.
