Be careful when buying a used car. We bought a ix35 three years ago and it has been nothing but trouble ever since we got it! It even went in to get fixed but came out worse and with a rattle. The car lasted three years, now the cost of fixing it is more than what the car is worth.
Liars, told us that we needed a new breakage system but when I got a repair at another place and asked them if I needed new a new breakage system, they told I didn’t need one for at least 25’000-30’000kms. Go somewhere else and save your money from these liars.
Call centre staff are hopeless and incorrect servicing done but they are unable to get me back in for an urgent booking though it's their mistake...
0/10. Purchased a second hand car and got trapped into their servicing under extended warranty scheme. Every single time I got a car service in the last two years, they stuffed something up. Some small mistakes some huge. They left the air intake manifold off the engine. Somehow knocked my fuel tank seal loose and toxic fuel gas filled my home.
