Are they shut down yet? Disgusting customer service and simply the biggest crooks I have ever seen. Tony should be ashamed of himself and what he has done to customers. I brought a car back in 2012 with them and it was a mess. when I took the car off the lot and headed home the car started jerking up and down and come to find out it was the ignition coils. I spent several thousand dollars on that car. After a 10 months of owning it I could not deal with that car. I traded it in for a 21.
Im beyond happy that I purchased a car here. Stuff was very friendly and polite they made sure the got me into a car and at low montly payments. Hassel free unlike most dearlers. Clean well kept and the review they have are Great! if your looking for a place to purchase and vehicle come here. They will take great care of you!!!!!
I am reneging my previous review in which I was coerced into posting by Toni and Ali. These two were very forceful in there persuasion to get me to post a review. I did not expect the process to be such a hassle and inconvenience in my life after purchasing a car with them. Honestly, I have had my car since January. Initially they were helpful, until my temp tags expired for the second time and I was unable to get in contact with Toni to complete my registration. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS PLACE. I PURCHASED A CAR AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE TITLE SO I COULD REGISTER THE CAR. THEY LIED SEVERAL TIMES SAYING THEY HAVE MAILED ME MY TITLE AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. THESE PEOPLE HAVE A HISTORY OF NOT RELEASING TITLES WITH THE VIRGINIA MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS BOARD. CALL THE BOARD BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM AUTOLOOX.
