I am very very thankful for AutologiQ, they were there to help repair my vehicle, when no one else would.There an online business, that has a program whére you can get your vehicle repaired, on the agreement you pay a small fee every 2 weeks, not needing funds at the time to need the work done. They are a miracle to people who don't have the money, where something goes wrong with there vehicle.. Horrible service. unbelievable high fees and APR. Avoid at al costs if you can.
Manager hides charges and won’t admit to mistakes. Poor customer service, instead of being transparent about the charges tries to charge for service I didn’t ask for. Instead of admitting error for lack of transparency, I have since been blocked from contact, but still have to pay them. Claiming I’m giving poor reviews for free service, when truth is they didn’t even perform the service I asked for.
