Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. I purchased a BMW i3 from this dealership, and unfortunately, it has been one problem after another. The vehicle has repeatedly lost power and left me stranded on the side of the road, including most recently when I was across the Bay Bridge in a very rural area. What makes this especially unacceptable is that when the vehicle lost power, it was showing approximately 15 miles of electric range and 60 miles of gas range remaining. I got a car from Max.He really went out of his way. This dealership and Max are very accommodating and go above and beyond to make the deal you need to get you the car you need. So when you get here ask for Max and you will be more than satisfied.
We bought a car from Max here and the level of customer service was amazing. We had worked out a deal on a different car with him over the phone but changed our mind after we got here from 6 hours away. Max stayed late even took us to a lot at a different location to show us all of our options. He even ended up saving us almost $1000. I highly recommend this dealership! When you get here ask for Max and I’m certain you will be more than pleased.
