Parts Department rep at part purchase time gives an attitude as he knows more. Talks badly about the other dealership that I've ordered idle pulley bolt for 01 Toyota Land Cruiser 4.7L . Tells me "I'll order CORRECT bolt". Takes cash. 24 h later I come to pick up the correct bolt just to receive exactly the same bolt I have shown him yesterday. Now to reimburse me $5.95 they will be sending a check. Customer service at it's worse.
I ordered a battery for my 2012 tacoma online. Within minutes, I got a return email from the parts manager stating that he canceled my order because it was the wrong battery. At his request, I sent him the VIN for my truck and he sent me the correct part number and asked me to redo the order. I went the following day to pick it up and the attendant brought the battery to my car and put it in. Very happy customer
The Parts Department has always been a good experience for me, even when things don't go as planed. They work quickly and with respect to you situation to resolve problems/issues
I buy water pump for my Toyota Camry 2018 & they told me the price on the phone 224 while they actually charged 664 at Autoland. When I find out the price from other Toyota Dealers, they give the price of 366. I don't understand why the price disparity between the Toyota Dealers.
