I was passing thru Denver when my power locks on my Lexus seized. I couldn’t operate the door handle to open the door. I called several places who could not squeeze me in, but recommended Autolab with having multiple locations. Jason acknowledged my hardship, and had my LX in a bay within the hour! I’m in the auto industry, and I cannot go without saying how extraordinary his approach to my dilemma was. I would recommend Autolab for any of your auto maintenance needs!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. Came here for a repair on my driver window and asked to use used parts to repair it. Only a month later, the window broke again so I took it back and they told me they weren’t able to fix it because it was a used part, and they have no warranty. After getting a second opinion by a strictly Volvo shop, I now know that the parts were actually installed incorrectly.
