My wife has glional acethcholine receptor autoimmunity. Usually comes with small cell cancer, but none known yet. We live for the moment it goes into remission. We've gone from falling to walker to arm crutches etc. She needed infusions but insurance said to experimental. Now oral steroids started at 60 mg for a month everyday then titrating down. She even has hard time breathing at times. It's hard on her and myself to watch. God love her and help her. She is a toughie she will survive.
