Mike was a nice guy, knows a lot about cars. He has a shop on site. I visited the site and test drove a car. I took it to Christian Brothers for inspection but the car read “not emission ready. I took the car back and Mike said he needed to drive it and redo, which is not uncommon if the battery or work was done on the vehicle, he did and it passed. Went to look at a truck today and the trucks headliner had serious water damage. I mentioned to the salesman and he acted like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. Then he gave me the keys to the truck and the truck wouldn't start due to a dead battery. Once he jumped it off and we test drove it the tires were scrubbing, the truck was pulling to the right, and the dash started reading to tighten the gas cap. .. so I got out to check it and it was tight as it could be. Purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento with I absolutely love! Their prices are amazing which I was totally surprised by and what ultimately made me decide to purchase with them. I did have issues with my vehicle but they directed me through the process and my vehicle was fixed with no charge.
