I’m writing this review to warn other customers of the serious and documented misconduct I experienced at NewRoads Subaru Newmarket. During what was supposed to be a routine service appointment, a female service advisor Jesse Mueller entered my locked vehicle without my consent, sat inside, and began recording and loudly mocking the interior of my car.
