Poor customer service and miscommunication. Information was given but not followed through, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership.
Terrible and extremely bad service. Prior to visiting the dealership, we had communicated extensively with the sales representative online and had confirmed all details, including the stock number, vehicle model, expected arrival date, and the agreed-upon price. Based on these confirmed details, we proceeded to the dealership and paid a deposit of $5,000. The dealer then issued an invoice. Thomas was a great person to work with. Bought an Audi A5 and it was in pristine condition. Negotiated to a great price for the car and it has been solid, no issues so far we’ve had it. Great dealer and amazing people. Highly recommend.
