Had a great experience with Harry and Paul at Autohaus West!!! They were friendly, honest and non-pushy. Their prices are very good and they stand behind the cars they sell. If they promise you something, they follow thru with it! I bought a ten year old 911, and could not be happier. A couple of minor repairs that they took care of and the car looks new!!! It was the easiest experience that I have had at this dealership. The service here is the best I have seen yet. David basically had everything on autopilot. It was a "set it and forget it" type of service. No fees, no hassle, no problems. I provided my price range and the type of vehicle I was interested in and he showed me multiple different cars meeting my requirements. Overall I had a good experience with Autohaus West. The salesman Paul Stone was very astute and well versed in car info.. Unlike the past experiences will some Auto dealerships, i.e., ACURA OF Mission Viejo, where the sales people were trained con artists, and the GM- Mark McCallum dispite his alleged high I.Q.(more like pure- ignorant), was completely misleading and out of touch with his sales staff and his customers!
