As always, I find the service at Autohaus to be outstanding! They know exactly how to fix my VW and I am always in and out quickly. I have never felt that I was over charged, and I know for a fact they have saved me thousands of dollars. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail, as they warn me of future possible problems with my car so that I can prevent issues down the road. When I had a larger repair done, they offered me a free loaner car and even washed and cleaned out my car! I love this place!
I have been taking my Audi to Autohaus for several years now and I am almost always pleased with the service! Any issues have been resolved immediately and I know I am saving a ton of money compared to what the Audi dealer used to charge me.
Not to be trusted. Attempted to develop a service relationship by letting them do the regular oil change, maintenance, etc., but ended up paying more here than the local VW dealership. Not only this, but they didn't fix the problem that needed attention. They did charge me $200...now they want more money to look at it again!!!
