Hernan was amazing and made the process of purchasing my Audi simple and stress-free. I just want to thank the staff for going above & beyond with their customer service. I had my key fob to my VW stolen & caught someone in the act of trying to steal my car. I called Autohaus & spoke with Emily, who with the approval of her supervisor, fit me in the same day within an hour of my phone call. They reprogrammed my key & washed my car in less than an hour of my arrival. Best customer service I’ve received in a VERY long time!
