This has been the worst vehicle purchase of my life. I’ve had brake issues since day one. When I brought it in, I was told the repair would only cost me a $100 deductible. Now I’m being told that if the brakes need to be replaced, it will only be at a discounted rate. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never purchase from you again. I honestly don’t know how you have five-star reviews if this is how you treat your customers.
Super unprofessional and rude. I was out of state planning to buy a car. Told the sales manager Jeremy that I will buy it when I come to Phoenix. And to please let me know in case he gets another offer on it because I really wanted it. He agreed. But was always short and rude with me in communications. Turns out he sold it.
