They were supposed to hold my plates and front license plate mounting bracket for pickup when they came in. I received an email stating that the plates would be mailed. I responded to the email and called *****************. She was not helpful at all. When I explained what had been previously arranged, she became angry and said she was not there during the sale. She then hung up on me.This dealership also thinks its appropriate to share personal information with random people via email.
Never have I been treated in such a way at a car dealership, let alone a BMW dealership. They do not deserve 1 star. They have no control of their sales staff and I guess just let them all do whatever they want with no systems in place to ensure what happened to me doesn't happen. I spoke with a salesman and agreed on a trade value for my car on a new BMW. I dropped everything, made an appointment to come see and buy the car, drove 3 hours to get it, and they accepted a deposit on it from someone else. Not once did they ask ... read more
