Not sure, how they are Toyota and Mercedes Certified. For the rear bumper they put on, damaged by AutoHaus while fixing a small issue, the prep and paint failed within 2 years. Cracked bably in 2 spots. Was given the normal, we dont warranty this. Even though it says lifetime warranty on the receipt, on paint and quality. Ended up working with Toyota Corporate and another dealer corrected on behalf of Toyota. Bad Service, Bad Quality
