I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER set foot in Auto Haus again!!!! And I recommend that you do the same. Dave treated me like a shill, a sucker, an idiot, a know nothing! The car seemed ok when I first saw it, (of course, I’d prepaid for the car as is the Auto Haus policy, and trusted Dave to look at the car to make sure that it was “everything I’d asked for.” He said it was. I found Autohaus through CarGurus and contacted them. After speaking with Dave, had the confidence to just pull the trigger on a RS5 I have been looking for without looking at it. Bought it and had it shipped to NJ 300 miles away. Picked it up yesterday and it's as he has described. Dave is very professional, real and has high integrity. No hidden fees, just easy to deal with, says what he means and no car dealer surprises. Wish there were more guys like this in the industry. A++++++
