I understand you are a business and you need to operate certain ways but if someone has a down payment ready to purchase a vehicle you need to wait for them, my friend inquired about a ford mustang at this dealership and he called earlier today and they had said it had been sold but he didn’t even ask about it, he was just asking questions regarding financing and the guy mentioned the mustang had been sold, you don’t just do that, instead you should follow up with the customer and ask them if they are still interested in the... read more
Beware, they tried to add a $2,000 reconditioning fee on top of the advertised listing price. This is not legal in Virginia. Refused to remove this illegal fee. I’m not sure how they’re even allowed to have a dealer license.
