We had a terrible service experience at this company and will never select this company ever again. When we received the fuel, it was 260 and when we returned it was 287. This is more than what we began with. When we returned the car the service person kept yelling at us saying “not filled” even though we had 27 more miles than what we are given. All staffs and owner Sean at Autogreen are amazing people. Throughout the brief interaction I had with them they shown nothing patient and professionalism, they are great with follow ups. Highly recommend.
I had trouble with an extended repair warranty issue with my car manufacturer which brought me to Autogreen. Trouble checking in, long lines, and too many customers ahead of me were not an issue. However, I must say, Sean helped me out, and I am originally from San Diego, and Sean made me feel welcome, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a smooth rental process.
