My husband went to Angie's list to find someone to repair three fence gates. Autograph responded and sent a representative to our home to assess and provide us with an estimate. The representative was a very polite, professional young man. He earned the company the one star. The problem is either this company didn't read the request or they were planning to upsell us on a new roof. I stepped inside while the young man was taking pictures of the fence. Speaking as a former 1099 employee, who briefly saw behind the curtain, Jess Marshal is a great white among the sharks in roofing. Honestly he does what most roofers do, so to be fair they all deserve a 1 star. They promise you the world, write up your claim, and once approved, watch the magic happen; like the insurance getting billed for top of the line shingles and day of install it’s whatever fell off the truck that day. Fantastic people and workmanship! They took care of us from day one, even negotiated with my insurance when they didn't want to pay to cover the roof at a full cost. Andrew, the general manager, was excellent, and he also gave me pointers when comes down to the repair process. Overall, extremely satisfied with them, and I will recommend them to my friends and family for their services!
This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with they were paid $53,000 and to date which is been over a year has the work has not been finished they just keep blowing me off. I have requested a refund for work not completed and now I hear nothing. I am going to file charges of Fraud and theft against them. Avoid this company at all costs
