When I called Autograph Autobody, I was shocked by how rude and entitled the receptionist was honestly, she acted like a total Karen. From the moment she picked up, her tone was condescending and impatient, like I was bothering her just by asking basic questions. She constantly interrupted me, talked over me, and made me feel like I was wasting her time.
