Horrible experience. Windshield replaced by this company with very shoddy work. Windshield leaked and shorted out car's computer. Two tow bills, dealership bill to find out what was wrong. When they determined it was a leak from the windshield, this company refused to pay for a new computer for the car.
Terrible – they were called , said they would be out the next day with a new winshield and drivers side window they didnt show up till two pm , only had the drivers side window the tech put it in broke a part went to get a new one, took a part of my car door off then proceeded to tell me it was damaged in the storm which i knew diff. he mysteriously found a piece of my car in belleville where i live in his bag that was damaged in granite city. put it on left a screw out of my door said it was broke it was a screw. told me th... read more
Did not have a good experience. The owner was insulting. The business area was disgusting. Mocked other customers after they left. Would not recommend.
Nothing Xpress about them – Came out and replaced my back windshield with a defective glass. It was so defective that the glass was overlapping the body of the car on the passenger side and you can see the hydrolic mechanism to lift the hatch through the gap between the glass on the body on the drivers side. Also there is still glass scattered all over the back part of my car. Every windshield replacement I have had included a thorough cleaning. There are huge chunks of glass that wasn't cleaned up. broken window – I went here on recommendation when my driver's side window broke. They fixed the motor on the window and didn't make me feel like I was getting ripped off. It's hard for me to really trust any auto repair shop but I really liked this place and I like even more that it is privately owned.
