Excellent service. My car was broke into and the side window was shattered. This place was able to replace the window on same day. Repair took just 45 minutes, I paid $200 less than what Safelite quoted me and I didn’t have to wait a week.
Had my windshield replaced earlier in 2025, it wasn’t properly sealed. I was driving down the street months later and my weatherstrip started beating on my roof. Before that I could hear air coming through the front window. You get what you pay for.
So here's the good: They were FAST and courteous; We ALL have different experiences and yes I read the bad reviews about their customer service. The price quoted is what I paid. I NEEDED to have the repair doelne ASAP because of a trip in 24 hrs. Here's the not so great: It is indeed an after-market window as others have commented...sigh.
