Ray was a pleasure to work with. I’m very happy I was able to meet him and address the concerns I had with my car due to an accident. He was very understanding, friendly and professional. I will definitely be using this auto center again for any of my vehicle needs. I appreciate his patience in answering all my questions and addressing the issue with my Insurance agent. I went to AutogenX for a sensor replacement in my MK7 VW GTI. The entire process— from diagnosis to scheduling, service, and pricing— was speedy and professional. Ray, the shop owner, is incredibly personable and a great man. The team is kind and proficient and overall the shop is very welcoming. I won’t hesitate to recommend AutogenX to any one.
