I placed an order for treatments, wax, and some buffing pads for my new car. I received part of my order with no apology only that it would arrive in 7-10 days. That was almost two weeks ago. I have since "Contacted" Augo Geek 3 times with my order # with no response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We live in a modern world they should have told me it was out of stock when I placed the order...now they dont even respond to my inquiries.....last time I order from them.
These folks are the best. Excellent advice on car care everytime. They are also involved in the community, thank you so much for once again hosting Troop 840's Automotive Maintenance Merit Badge
Terrible customer service. I haven't received a 400.00 shipment, and no one will answer my emails. NO FREAKING BODY!!!!!...WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AUTO GEEK?????????????
