One of the many bad dealership in Gainesville . Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Had the car for a month payment date fell a week before I was paid (biweekly) , went to the office and spoke with manager about it and picked up my registration sticker , then they sent a private investigator to pickup the car after only 3 days being late even though they knew my pay date and I had talked to them about it . Also called my job as if I wasn’t already talking to them personally which is so unprofessional.
I don’t advise the worst buy here pay here… only had the car 2 months and I put a brand new battery and all new tires on the car had to take the car back to them multiple times and it was still fixing that should’ve happened before even selling the car they said I had missed 3 payments and I haven’t even had the car that long. They gave me the wrong registration to the car PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A MORE RELIABLE CAR.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! The staff at Autogator are all very pleasant to work with. They are willing to work with you to meet your needs for a vehicle. They listen to what you are wanting and really work to make you a happy customer. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them and they are all great vehicles and VERY reliable. They are great hands down. If you need a vehicle GO TO AUTOGATOR!!!!!
