Test drive a truck, made an appointment with Andre a couple of days later. He wanted to meet at noon but due to work, and how far the drive was, it wouldn’t be before 3. He said ok. 5 minutes before we got there, he called. Let it go to voicemail as we were almost there. Walk in and he told us it had been sold that morning. 3 hours round trip. He knew where we lived. Disappointed at the lack of common courtesy and respect shown. Then they had the nerve to call us on the way home.
My experience with Dsean was outstanding! He, along with the manager Alex, was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They offered me a great deal on the vehicle and a better value for my trade-in. A huge thank you to Dsean for helping me find the perfect upgrade—my dream car!
There was a basic communication mistake made. I made this appointment for a RECALL. I was told that we would be finished in ONE HOUR OR LESS. But after 2 hours, I was told they were “still working on it”…. When I asked why, I was told they were doing a 40,000 mile inspection. I had no idea that this was part of the “RECALL PROCESS”.
