I enjoyed working with Brandon very must find my daughter a new car. He was not pushy and he was very patient and knowledgeable. It seems like he was truly interested in helping my daughter get the car that Was a good fit for her And that she would be happy with. I told Brandon when I was ready to get myself a new car I will come back to see him.

Loved our sales person Alex Damasceno. He was very accommodating and when things took too long very apologetic. He had lots of great tips and insights to the vehicles we were looking at. He did everything to make our car buying experience the best it could be. (We all know car buying is a huge pain in the butt). He followed up with some communication to make sure I was still happy with my purchase etc. I’d refer Alex to anyone everyday.
The sales experience was very professional and our sales person, Joe Fitzgerald was professional and listened. Zero pressure. I would recommend Genesis autos to others, and especially Genesis Manchester.
