Purchased an Expedition in March 2022 as a non MA resident. The Vehicle had to be inspected in the *********** in order to register it. Received in writing that the dealership would reimburse me for the cost of the inspection. The vehicle failed inspection, the information was provided to the dealership which agreed to fix only one item on the failed list. AUTOFAIR **** HAVERHILL-SALES BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Spent 3 hours negotiating the purchase of a nice used Bronco Sport. Salesman **** advised if we sign we can drive the Bronco home "tonight". So excited to trade in the tired car we had. After signing the deal, ***** the sales manager advises they actually don't have the title and wouldn't be able drive it home. I had filled out paperwork online to purchase a car and was sent a text from a salesman saying that the car was available , after a conversation on the phone I was told to bring in my car that I wanted to trade so they could evaluate it . I told him I would be in the next day , and he said that he would be working and to ask for him . The next day I texted him and said I was on my way ! Horrible customer service! Once the sale is made, the sales staff all the way up to upper management wants nothing to do with you. They dont return phone calls or emails. Very disappointing experience. Wont buy from Autofair again!

Shady corporate business and the General Manager is dishonest. On October 21st, 2021 I communicated with a sales manager at Autofair of Haverill. I confirmed I wanted to buy a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee they had for sale, that I would come pick it up the next day and that was applying for an auto loan with my local credit union. The salesperson promised via email that they would hold the car until I arrived the next day. First and foremost Sales Rep and Managers should always continue to provide customer service. If we are schedule to work with someone then that is the person we want todo business with unless he or she is unavailable, not have us bounced around to Sales Rep that didn’t have ********* Wife an I acknowledge the vehicle we were interested in purchasing we sat down Sales just asked what Monthly payments we were looking for in which I already made up my mind.
