When I arrived for my appointment, no one seemed aware that I was coming. Staff was not knowledgable of where items were such as spare key and title.In fact , I haven't received the title as yet. It's been 12 days. I don't feel that the staff is aggressively trying to resolve this problem. Furthermore, we were told " Auto Fair Ford wants all our customers to leave here extremely happy".
