Poor customer service. March 28th 2025.Supposedly needed to do an update on my scan tool that I haven't used in a while and I was going to buy a few more programs. And if you need to ask any technical questions you might as well throw that out the window. The people in customer service have piss poor attitudes. When I bought my scan tool diagnostic tools were few and far between. But now they can stick it up their ass because there's more than one fish in the ocean now buddy and you don't have to buy an update every year. So... read more
These guys offer some GREAT hardware/software packages and the support is superb you just need to reach out and contact them if you have a question or problem they are super helpful and while there may be 1-2 days delay in support responses you get accurate good info from a professional not just some random sales person.
